Sylvester Stallone’s estranged wife Jennifer Flavin is seeking a large share of their fortune amid their divorce. Now, a new report says the long-time couple don’t have a prenup, so Jennifer may be entitled to the majority of the estate after all.

According to TMZ, court documents reveal the pair didn’t sign a prenup during their 1997 nuptials.

However, Sylvester and Jennifer were granted an order of abatement. This means the divorce filing is temporarily on hold. Sources told the publication that the pair still intend to divorce, they just want to keep the negotiations private.

"The Parties agree that is in the best interests of each of them individually, and more importantly collectively as a family, to resolve all issues attendant to the dissolution of their marriage in a dignified, amicable, and private manner out-of-court,” the order explains.

Known for films like Rocky and First Blood, Sylvester has amassed a $400 million net worth. Jennifer started in the entertainment industry as a model and has now expanding into business, giving her a net worth of $50 million.

It was reported in August that Jennifer had filed for a divorce after two decades of marriage. It was rumored that Sylvester’s spending was and his hiding of assets to blame, as she requested an “"unequal distribution of the marital assets in her favor."

Her filing said Sylvester "has engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate."

She requested "the Husband should be enjoined from, selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering, or dissipating any assets during the pendency of these proceedings."

The actor subsequently released a statement denying his wife’s accusations and asking for privacy.

Even though TMZ’s sources claim the pair still intend to end their marriage, other reports claim they’ve reconciled. "They decided to meet back up at home, where they talked and were able to work out their differences," a source told Page Six. “They are both extremely happy."

While Sylvester’s representative didn’t confirm or deny the comments, they said they’re unaware of who spoke to the media. "I do not know who provided a statement to Page Six,” the rep said.

However, Sylvester has since posted a photo of him and his wife walking hand-in-hand, so it may be his way of confirming their marriage is back on.
