It's a sad day at the Playboy Mansion. Playboy Playmate Cassandra Lynn Hensley was found dead in a friend's L.A. home on Wednesday, Jan. 15, TMZ reports. She was 34.

Law enforcement sources told the site that police are investigating Hensley's death as a possible overdose. Her friend reportedly called the paramedics after finding her floating in a bathtub, but she could not be revived. Foul play is not suspected. On Thursday, an autopsy was completed, but toxicology testing still needs to be done in order to determine the cause of death, CNN confirms. These results may take several weeks to become available.

Born and raised in Utah's Salt Lake Valley, Hensley appeared in Playboy as Miss February 2006. According to her bio on the magazine's website, she started modeling while studying to become an aesthetician.
